I am on my third Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse (courtesy of Logitech) since I got a new computer with Windows 7 and immediately upgraded to Windows 10. I have no end of problems with letters and numbers I've typed not showing up on a document,or letters/numbers missing in a string after 10 seconds of typing, or letters double typing.

If I use the keyboard and mouse on a Windows 7 computer, I have no such problems. Is there a basic incompatibility between the Logitech wireless keyboardand Windows 10? Logitech has given up on me. Hi,I understand your concern, please run the Hardware Troubleshooter and check, as it is an automated tool which checks the hardware connected to the computer for any known issues and provides the details on how to fix them. Followthese steps to run the troubleshooter. Type Troubleshooting in the search bar and press “ Enter”.
In the “ Troubleshooting” window, click on “ View All” on the left pane. Click on “ Hardware and Devices”.
Click on “ Advanced” and then click on “ Run as Administrator”. Click “ Next” and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.Also install the wireless keyboard drivers/software in compatibility mode and check if it works for you.

This is to check if this is caused due to any driver/software compatibility issues.Right-click on the driver setup file and click on ‘ Properties’.Click on the ‘ Compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘ Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 8/8.1 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed with the installation. I have had two computers running Windows 10 connected with Logitech keyboard and mouse cause problems. When using these computers in Windows 7 I did not have a problem at all.I upgraded these computers to W10I developed the ' black screen with spinning wheel' problem after a Windows 10 update. I spent hours and hours trying to resolve this problem, including about 6 hours with Microsoft help desk.Then I read in a post that I should try to disconnect all the peripherals. I disconnected the keyboard and mouse and voila!

When a problem occurred on the second computer, I disconnected kbm and the problem got fixed.I believe Logitech and Microsoft need to find a fix.ThanksMSACCPACA.
